In my ongoing quest to serve my clients better, I have spent countless hours of study each and every year, and am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), an Internet Professional (ePRO) and am a member of the Real Estate Cyber Society (RECS). By Referral Only Since 1997 I have been an active member of an exclusive national network 4,000 plus realtors called By Referral Only. Our credo is to provide superlative experiences for our Buyers and Sellers so that they refer us to their personal network of friends and family. To continually progress and innovate my business in that direction, I attend tuition sessions weekly through teleconferencing, quarterly through day long business retreats and also an annual or biannual 3 day conference. Specialization I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Broomfield, Longmont, Nederland, Niwot, Hygiene, Jamestown and rural Boulder County. Living in the mountains, I am an expert on mountain and rural properties. I keep current with all transactions in these areas. My website has great links to local schools and universities. Personal Born in Warsaw, Poland in 1940, I have lived in England, Zimbabwe,South Africa and the United States. I obtained a B.S from Natal University, South Africa in '63 and a Masters in Education in '78 from the Unversity of Colorado. I was an instructor and course director for the Colorado Outward Bound School in '70 and '71 and fell in love with Colorado. I am a cross country skier, a naturalist, flyfisherman, mountain bike enthusiast and an active inline hockey player. Under the guidance of my wife, Peggy, I have developed a love for horseback riding. I have been a resident of Boulder County since 1977. I have lived in Boulder, Louisville, and currently I'm a resident of Sugarloaf, in the mountains, since 1985. |
